Support Policy

1) Scope of Support

Included
  • Access to downloads (source code, docs, demo where applicable).
  • License to use per the Software License Agreement.
Not included
  • No help desk, installation, integration, performance tuning, or consulting.
  • No feature requests/roadmap commitments/guaranteed fixes.
  • No SLA/response-time guarantees.

2) Communication

  • Use the in-package docs, product page, and the FAQ below.
  • General contact: antal@antal.ai. Replies are not guaranteed.
  • Social DMs are not monitored for support.

3) Updates & Maintenance

  • Updates (if any) are released at Licensor’s discretion.
  • Access to downloads depends on the storefront’s availability/policies.

4) Compatibility & Demos

  • Browser demos target modern browsers with WebAssembly. Behaviour/performance can vary by device and browser.
  • Unless stated otherwise, demos run client-side. Avoid confidential inputs.
  • Production integration/optimization/porting is out of scope.

5) Refunds

  • Digital purchases are non-refundable, except where required by law.
  • Duplicate charges/accidental multi-purchases will be reviewed with order details.

6) Invoicing & Tax

  • You receive a purchase receipt and download links automatically from the storefront.
  • For tax invoices (company name, VAT ID), provide accurate billing details at checkout.
  • Where automated invoicing is not possible, an invoice may be sent separately via email.

7) Security & Privacy

  • Payments are processed by the storefront/payment provider; no payment card data is stored by the Licensor.
  • See the site’s Privacy Notice for data handling details.

8) Third-Party Components

Dependencies are governed by their own licenses and may impose additional terms.

9) Changes

This policy may be updated; the latest version on antal.ai applies prospectively.
